Copper Materials FAQ

We supply electronic-grade copper oxide powder, basic copper carbonate, phosphor copper anode materials (including balls, microcrystalline balls, blocks, and rods), copper anode plates, and oxygen-free copper rod for industrial applications. Product grade, dimensions, packaging, and technical documentation are confirmed against the specific application and inquiry.

Depending on the product, agreed specification, destination, and project requirements, documentation may include a Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), representative COA, and shipment-specific COA. Each shipment of electronic-grade copper oxide powder is accompanied by the COA for the applicable batch. Selected third-party test or transport-support documents may be reviewed after project evaluation; confirm the required documents and language before order release.

Electronic-grade copper oxide powder has a minimum order quantity of 20 MT, normally one container. MOQ for other products depends on specification and order requirements. Our annual capacity is about 20,000 MT, with regular monthly production planning of about 1,500 MT. Orders can normally be ready ex works in about 15 days, including production and customs-to-factory inspection time. International freight and destination clearance are confirmed separately; share product, quantity, packaging, destination, and required delivery date for a proposal.

For electronic-grade copper oxide powder, we use Jiangxi Copper brand No. 1 pure electrolytic copper as raw material and manufacture it through an ammonia leaching process. Quality is controlled against published specifications, and each shipment is accompanied by the COA for the applicable batch. For phosphor copper, copper anode plates, and oxygen-free copper rod, quality is reviewed against the relevant product specification and batch documentation. Third-party inspection, added tests, transport-support documents, and custom requirements are evaluated and agreed in advance.

Electronic-grade copper oxide powder is evaluated for PCB acid-copper replenishment and other applicable copper-chemical processes; provide bath chemistry, impurity limits, dosing method, and target use. Phosphor copper anodes are evaluated for acid-copper plating with the bath system, phosphorus requirement, and anode-basket dimensions. Copper anode plates require dimensions and bath conditions. Oxygen-free copper rod requires the target size and downstream drawing or conductor requirements. We confirm the appropriate grade after reviewing the process details.

To request a sample, provide the intended application, destination, estimated monthly consumption, company information, and delivery address. We review requests based on destination requirements, application, expected volume, buyer qualification, and project fit. After approval, a standard sample quantity is generally 3–5 kg; larger quantities may be evaluated case by case. Samples are for process validation and do not constitute production approval or a final supply commitment.

On the order-confirmation date, a 30% advance payment locks the copper price and schedules production. Shipment is arranged after the balance is paid. Letter of credit (L/C), credit terms, and acceptance-bill arrangements may be evaluated through further consultation and credit review. Credit terms carry annual interest of 5%, and acceptance-bill arrangements carry annual interest of 1.5%; final terms are confirmed in the order agreement.

Some chemical powders may require product-specific hazardous classification, UN packaging, transport assessment, SDS, or destination-country documentation. Metal products may also be subject to destination-specific certification or regulatory requirements. Provide the destination country or port, product, and intended use so we can confirm the applicable documents and transport path. Buyer permits remain the buyer’s responsibility where local law requires them.

Custom bag weights, drums, palletization, neutral export packing, and customer-specific labels are evaluated by product and order. Provide the requested net weight, packaging format, label template, languages, batch marking, customer part number, and any regulatory labeling requirements, including GHS or dangerous-goods labels where applicable, for confirmation before production.

Storage, shelf life, and re-inspection are product-specific. Follow the applicable SDS, product label, COA, and agreed order terms. For powders or chemicals, keep unopened packaging sealed and protect it from moisture as specified in the relevant documents; opened material and long-held inventory may require re-evaluation before use.
